What's the deal on Madeline Zima being mistreated on set of The Nanny?

A few years back, Madeline Zima who played Gracie shared that she was treated zaidi like a heshima then a human being on the set. I really find that hard to believe cause everyone seemed so down to earth and nice. I can't imagine them mistreating anyone! I really hope she was referring zaidi towards the crew and not the cast and Peter Marc Jacobson. She did say she remains close with Nicholle Tom and Charles Shaughnessy and went to Benjamin Salisbury's wedding so hopefully it wasn't everyone who treated her badly. I really hope Fran and Peter wasn't included in the people who treated her badly. They seem so nice!
