I like Johnny because I think he shows a kid who has been through it all, but he never loses his sweetness and selflessness. Okay, he kills a guy, but he does it to save his friend and feels guilt about it. He saves those children from the fire; he later says those kids deserved life zaidi than him. I think it shows how he's seen all the bad in the world and Lost the innocence and that he wants to protect others from going through the same. I also find it very sad; maybe he thinks his life isn't worthy because of his parents saying so, etc? I am endeared to him because of his vulnerability and how he never loses his caring for others even at the hardest times. Sorry for the dissertation!
