I have a sim that acts like autonomy is turned off when it’s actually on.

I have a sim that acts like autonomy is turned off when it’s actually on. I can play my other sims as normal, if I leave them alone they’ll go do something. This sim however will stay there unless I direct her to do something. She’s not stuck au anything and it’s not like she won’t do anything I tell her but if she’s left alone she will not move. Even if she’s hungry au needing the bathroom, she won’t do it, I have tell her to do it every single time. This is annoying, shes lives within a big family, I don’t wanna have click her to get food, go to bed, etc.. but I don’t know how sort out this problem. I’ve reset her, I aged her up.. she will still just stand there unless I make her do something. How can I stop this?
