When Katherine tells Isobel and John about the Gilbert Device, did she think about Stefan?

She must've known that Stefan was in Mystic Falls. When she told them about it, she wanted to take down all the vampires. She should've known that Stefan would also be affected kwa it because he's a vampire. So, didn't she care about him at that time?
