There was a Dr Who episode called Paradise Towers which featured a group of women called the kangs. What would happen if this group of women tried to rise up to make the world female dominated? And how would Torchwood view this? This is just an idea?

This is an idea for a shabiki fiction I am uandishi where a female dictator follows the same stratagy as Hitler did, but without making the mistakes. They will go for all men, perhaps it could be the Rani behind it.
