Katie was trying to understand what Chris had meant kwa ‘fresh meat’, but these thoughts were quickly interrupted when she suddenly plunged into the water along with the rest of the campers. Apparently the dock couldn’t hold the weight of 23 people and collapsed.
“Alright guys! Dry off and meet at the campfire pit in 10!”
Chris laughed as the campers moaned and walked to the shore. Chris looked down at Katie, who was still in the water, trying to find her headband that had fallen off.
