	gracery picked It depends on the situation but it is annoying: But it does depend on the situation. I shipped Serenate during their build up. I seriously loved it, and I can rewatch those scenes and love them again. But once they got together, the writers seriously effed them up and I can't stand them anymore! So it really depends on how the writers play things out. Also if one person cheats or the relationship gets abusive, I can understand jumping ship. Or if you ship one couple but then one of those characters gets with someone else and you switch ships... I get that too. But for your OTP and couples you LOVE you should stick with them. Rory/Jess had some bad moments over the years, but they're still my OTP. Same with Luke/Lorelai.
