She's the definition of underrated.

I don't think Peyton or Haley can be considered underrated. If you are comparing them to Brooke... then yeah they aren't as popular. But in the whole scheme of things, I definitely don't see it. They have HUGEEEE fanbases (especially Peyton). They are so popular among people who love OTH, and people who only watch OTH occasionally. In fact... I don't think any of the main 5 characters on OTH can be considered underrated. Some are over rated, and some are perfectly rated... but they have such huge fanbases (especially on fanpop) and so many people have those characters in their top (10,20,30) favorite tv character lists.

I think that Willow is an extremely underrated character (from BtVS). She is only really popular among huge BtVS fans... and even then she is often ignored. I think she is one of the most interesting characters on television and she is the definition of character development and progression.

I also think Kelly Kapoor (from the Office) is really underrated. She's one of the funniest characters on tv and gets barely any recognition.

By far. I don't think Peyton/Haley are underrated at all.

agree with the Peyton/Haley thing.. don't even watch OTH! i haven't seen anyone on Fanpop that dislikes Haley and i have seen lots of people that adore Peyton more than everything..

to me underrated doesn't mean that they get lot of hate, but that they get that much love!

i picked Vanessa because i think she deserves way more love and i don't know others that i think is underrated!

Definitely Willow. I adore Peyton, but she's not underrated, plenty of people love her, even though lots hate her. Willow is such a strong character that really grew over the course of BTVS, but you never see her on people's favorite list, it's usually Buffy if they're talking about female characters from the show

I think Peyton and Haley are perfectly rated...a lot of people love them!! but Vanessa is great and everybody hates her just because they are Blair fans and Blair hates Vanessa...I mean the reasons I've heard for hating her are very stupid...they arent even reasons at all.

I don't think that Peyton and Haley are under-rated . I adore them both and I think that many people love them!
Monica is definitely from the most under-rated characters . There are people that hate her and I don't know why ,she is so funny and sweet
