If a woman is changed into a vampire during ovulation, will she be able to have children if she has sex with a vampire male?

If she did get pregnant she wouldn't be able to carry to term because her body couldn't change to accomodate a growing baby. If the baby tried to grow anyway would there be room for it in the uterus and would it be able to chew its way out the way half-vampire babies do? Doubtless, considering how hard vampire bodies and skin are. I doubt she could get pregnant anyway because the egg would technically be dead (by that reasoning so should Edward's sperm have been). I wondered if it would be possible for a vampire couple to achieve conception through IVF and then implant the embryo in a (willing!) alive woman. Obviously that would be sadistic considering the woman would be killed, I mean just to think about it theoretically. Wanyonya damu are dead though so their reproductive stuff should be too, so it would be impossible for a fetus to form au grow. I guess the only way SMeyer could make it seem plausible was that Bella was alive and therefore so was her egg, and Edward's sperm, well it was something special! The viability of vampire sperm and eggs don't correlate in this instance, but then they don't exactly correlate in real life either. Hope this makes some sense!
