Edward might take some time, but Jacob would never fogive her. And if she joined because she fell in upendo with Alec (Who wouldn't fall for Alec), he might never forgive her.

I doubt Nessie would choose to jiunge the Volturi in the first place. It'd be a lot harder to stick to a "vegetarian" diet with them, and I'm sure they'd try to pressure her into drinking humans like they once did with Carlisle. She'd be really uncomfortable. After all, she's half-human, and it goes against how she'd have been raised. Honestly, the only way I could see it happening is if a mind-controlling vampire joined the Volturi Guard and then that power was used on her.

I think Bella (and the rest of the Cullens) would be really disappointed in her, but would ultimately forgive her. Most of them don't have perfect records.
