Im sure most of you reading this has read the book twilight, so I have a question because I just started New Moon. In Twilight, near the end is her hand really on fire? And why did Carlisle bite her for know reeason?

well cps james bit her in twilight it just felt like her hand was on fire and carlisle didnt bite her edward sucked the venon out of the bite wound james had left!

Yeah James bit Bella and the venom is slowly spreading through her body. Carlisle told Edward that he had a choice whether to save Bella and let her stay human or to change her into a vampire with the venom. But Edward didnt want Bella to be a vampire so he sucked the venom out of her body so she could be human.
