Ok, everything else seems like it could have been a hybrid.
Lizard+Bat=Dragon
Bird+multiple genes=Phoenix
Horse+Bird=Pegasus
Lion+Eagle=Griffin
Human+some small form of flight=Fairy
Human+some kind of fish=Mermaid
Horse+Rhino=Unicorn
Niteflyers-don't know what the heck they are-are probably real/unreal, depending on what they look like.

Yetis(too tall,heavy,and furry to be any primate), most likeley dont exist.
