Hmm... I haven't really thought much about it. I think what I like is the storyline its very unique and It not a hardcore Vampire series like the Stephen King books. I think it's the whole upendo story thing that has way too many complications to work but still works anyway. Other than that VAMPIRE ACADEMY ROCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

well for starters this is the only series i've EVER cried on lol! and i like that all of the chapters end on a small cliffhanger. The charactors in it really do make it sound like they are actual teens. And of course there is the upendo between roza and dimka :) and the mwandishi really puts detail into every kiss and emotion that when dimka turns your devastated! they are the best vitabu ever! :)
