The ally was lit poorly, but still visible enough to see that fool of a pigeon. Red's tail didn't twitch. His pelt didn't move. His body was completely still. Suddenly, he sprung off the dumpster just in time as the pigeon flew and he flipped his claws to catch onto the tail feathers.
The pigeon squawked in surprise as it hit the ground with Red.

Lightpaw was licking his shiny blue pelt, while being bathed in the center of the bright sunlight. Darkpaw was near him, looking up at the sky. The birds flocked in the air, the puffy clouds were slowly moving, and the pale blue sky looked as beautiful as usual.

Lightpaw was done bathing himself, and padded over to Darkpaw. "Hey, Darkpaw!" He mewed happily. "What are wewe doing?" There was no response. It felt like Darkpaw was a statue, just standing there, looking at the bright sky.

This is a little tale I am making of a bila mpangilio cat I just made of. The plot is basically about four sons of a she-cat named Scarletpelt, who are being targeted kwa a cat who despises Scarletpelt and is her enemy, Shadowclaw. He wants the whole family dead.

It's basically supposed to act like a myth au legend that an elder is telling a kit.
