Snow dances down the sky, slowly blanketing the land below. And in a large feild, a single mti stood alone, it's bare and twisted branches twitching in the breeze. I slowly trudge through the thigh high snow, staring at each flake passing by. The details are overwelming and fills my soul with a warm, loving feeling.
Suddenly, I see a figure in the distance. My moyo begins to pound like an unsteady drum as I race towards it. My feet become lighter than ever, my bow and arrow not weighing me down. I crouch low, and begin to sneak slowly towards it.
Quitely, I draw back an arrow and shoot it into the mistly air. I hear a moan, and my eyes grow wide. I stumble towards the sound, and find that I had shot her.
She lays against a rock, blood turning the snow into a colorful slushie. I take her into my arms and pull off my gloves. My fingers run threw her hair as I brush it behind her ear. She looks up at me and smiles. A single tear rolls down her cheek as my lips touch hers. We swim in romace and embrace our love. Suddenly, her lips go dry, leaving me behind in the open. I stand up, her within my arms, then walk to the tree.
Her body begins to glow, brown hair turning into a golden halo that complements her marble eyes. She floats out of my arms and towards the tree. Arms out like a cross, and her head hanging to her chest. I touch my lips with my bare hands and close my eyes. Remembering the last, warm kiss that closed our passion.
The mti opens up, consuming her corpse and beautiful white gound. I drop to my knees, and stare at the mti with childish eyes.
Within a moment, I felt lost. But within a second, the mti grew leaves and began to blossum. The land around me changed dirasically. The snow melted away and nyasi grew a tinted green. Flowers sprunge up from the growned and opened.
Suddenly, the mti opened once zaidi and she steped out. The golden halo dissapered as she looked at me. I roase to my feet and stared. She gracefully danced towards me, glowing dust flowing from her hair and flowers growing from where she once stepped.
Then when she was in my arms, I knew she was real. Mine forever.
Once zaidi into the fray,
Into a battle I`ll never know,
Live and Die on this Day,
Live and Die on this Day.

The Fay
The fay is a kuvuka, msalaba between a demon and an angle.
They are very very powerful and are now hunted, but
a fay can take the form of any living organism, so the few that are left are in hiding. And this is the story of one human who finds out that all the myths and legends about angles and demons are all very very true.

When we get nyumbani and put Dawn to kitanda I lie on the kitanda and he stands in the doorway and says “ What was that about?” “ She alisema that she was prettier than Avril and Callie alisema no she wasn’t and Dawn alisema she was the prettiest girl in the world and I alisema she wasn’t so she’s angry. “ So why not let her believe it.” “ Fine.” “ So your going to tell her she’s the prettiest girl in the world?” “ No I’m not gonna lie.” “ Yea of course not even for the sake of our own daughter.” A tear tried to come out of my eyes which I held back with much difficulty. I lied...

Ladies and gentlemen, writers of all ages (especially teens/preteens) and species (except mosquitoes), welcome! I'm bored, have a writer's block made of concrete and am feeling particularly resentful towards the curse known as textese/chatspeak. (Seriously, whatever happened to good ol' morse code?) So I decided the best way to give my uandishi a rest is to help out with yours! Aren't I generous? :)

Before I begin, I'd like to point out that I am not an expert kwa any means. I'm not a uandishi guru au a master advice-giver-person. I am simply a fellow writer who wants to pass on what she's learned;...

Jake wandered around the house holding Whitney's dhahabu medalian mkufu in his hand. The house seemed so empty to him without her. Without her sweet voice ringing through the house, without her laugh au her smile that seemed to brighten even the worst days. He sat down on the kitanda and stared at the medalian .
"I screwed everything up..." Jake alisema to himself. "I'm sorry Whitney....I'm sorry.." Tears started running down his face. Jake set the medalian on the coffee meza, jedwali and stood up. He looked at the ground and spotted the cigarette she had stomped out just before they had to run. He walked...

Everyone is good at something. wewe usually start doing it when your about 5. I just started to want to be a writer. So i'm not so good. If wewe see my grades i'm bad at uandishi and kusoma but i'm good at Science and Math. I don't want to use those when I grow up. I haven't read my inayopendelewa book (The Outsiders) for about a mwezi and i'm already starting to forget things from the book. (because i got it from the library) This morning I realized that I wont ever be a good writer. But I found out that i'm good at one thing. I've been doing it and wishing to use it ever since I was 3. I've wanted...

"1 DAY"! Darla screamed starting to sob harder. I felt horrible but I also wished I knew Darlas relationship with Emily. Darla walked into Emilys room. So did I. Emilys face was disfigured. She had tubes everywere. Darla was crying hard "please wake up please wake up please wake up" then we heard a slow moan. Darlas face perked a little. "D-d-d-dar-darla?" Emily slowly said. Darla slowly nodded. "I'm here sis". Any person could know they were sisters. I stood up and exited the room. In the hallway there was a nurse at the door. She had a huge welt on her lower arm and and a bruise on her thigh....

"Shelby, what's happening to you?" Emery questioned me before school. I'd walked past him, and he'd grabbed my arm, demanding to talk to me. I looked up at him through my sunglasses, which I wore almost all the time.

"Nothing," I alisema quickly. "Let me go."

"You're hanging out with them, aren't you?" he said, getting angry. Angry was kind of frightening to see on him. He was usually such a happy person.

"I don't know what you're talking about." I tugged away from him, but his grip was too tight.

"Carissa. You're hanging out with her, aren't you? And the others. Dammit, Shelby! What'd I tell you...

One siku in my sixth grade mwaka I met a guy because of my friend Brianna Garcia well two guys really. The names were Jessie and Joe. Jessie was Brianna’s cousin I had to deal with him. Joe he was Brianna’s crush. I don’t know why but I hated Joe when I met him but I faked a smile because Brianna liked him maybe I hated him both because she latterly dragged me there and that didn’t put me in the best mood. But soon after Brianna had to leave. So I just stayed with the other group of people I hung out with and sometimes we literally hung out well up side down anyway. My seventh grade year...
