Tara wrapped the Japanese themed vazi around herself. She tied it tight, making sure nothing showed but her legs and neck. She slipped her black boots on then buckled her weapons ukanda around her waist. She slipped her gloves on and pulled her hair back in a tight bun. Slipping the sunglasses in place, she looked around for any other things she would need. She added the katana's holster to her and looked at the blade. It didn't weight too much, but it was sharper than any other weapon. Her deadliest and most enchanted. The blade caught the light and the room faded away.
Instead, she stood in the middle of a battle field. She saw Becca, the young warrior looking older than she should have. And she could see the darkness of the other side, black and shapeless. A shiver passed through her. In the inayofuata second, war had erupted. It rang all around her. She was like a ghost, going this way and that with no strike making her bleed. She ended up only a few yards away from Becca and her opponent. The fight still rang on. Fighters blocked her vision then she heard a pained cry.
“That's a fine blade wewe got there.”
The voice brought her back to earth and Tara blinked. Leaning against the ukuta was a boy, a vampire, with long black hair and glowing light blue eyes. He had a smirk on his face, his paled skin only enhancing his already Charmed looks.
“What do wewe want Orion?” Tara asked as she sheathed the katana.
“The same thing from the last time wewe were here.”
“I don't play games.”
Orion shrugged his shoulders.
“Fine. The boss wants to see you. Now.”
Tara nodded and slipped out the door. She was aware of Orion's eyes watching her as he followed her. She put a hand on her sword and stepped into the main room. Her eyes quickly scanned the room till she found her target, sitting with a red haired vampire girl hanging on him. Her eyes rolled in disgust as she made her way over. She stopped just short of his arm length.
“What do wewe want Kuran?”
“Come sit with me. Our guests will be here soon.”
Tara eyed the red head at his side.
“I decline that offer.”
Kuran gave a small smirk, waving the vampire girl away.
“It was no request.”
Tara bit her tongue, forcing herself to bow and make her way to him.
“As wewe wish.”
He grabbed her arm and pulled her onto his lap. Tara tensed, but he did little zaidi than hold her.
“So who's your special guest?”
“Oh no one really. Someone we found snooping around the base.”
Just then, the two followers Tara had shot earlier on came in. On had a chain in his hands. They stopped in front of their leader. The chain was yanked and a little girl stumbled forward, her hair covering her face. But Tara could see fear-filled brown eyes. She shot to her feet and faced the vampire ring leader.
“What have wewe done?!”
