Scotch patiently waited on the park bench in the dim lamplight for the others to appear. She looked down at her new watch and sighed. "Movie's starting soon. Where are they?"
5 dakika later, she rose from her cold kiti, kiti cha and stretched her legs. Probably forgot. She started down the sidewalk when she heard her name being shouted behind her. Turning around, she saw Richi running toward her, his clothes slightly disheveled and slightly out of breath.
"Sorry, had to meet up with an old friend for a moment," he apologized. She gave a small smile to let him know it was alright. She peeked around Richi toward the empty darkness behind him.
"Where's Val?" Richi looked at her with his two golden eyes and shrugged. "Said she had something to do. Guess it'll just be the two of us then for movie night."
At this Scotch's feeling of nervousness increased kwa tenfold. "Just the two of us...." she muttered to herself. Richi put his arm around Scotch and began leading her in the opposite direction of the theater.
"Th-theater's in the opposite direction," she told him, confused about his intentions and cursing herself for allowing her stutter to reappear. Richi gave a slight shrug, but continued in the same direction.
"Figured we could get something to eat first. I know a good restaurant this way, and the movie's been delayed, so we got time." Scotch blushed and began to feel even zaidi uncomfortable. chajio, chakula cha jioni and a movie? She thought to herself. Val... help me!
Getting closer to the restaurant, Scotch realized where he was leading her. "Is-Isn't this where th-the Iceberg Lounge is?" He looked over at he . "You know the place?"
Scotch looked at him with complete surprise. "Th-That's one of the m-most expensive restaurants in the area!" Richi shrugged and kept walking. "I know a couple people there who owe me some favors."
Leading a slightly protesting Scotch through the large doors of the Iceberg Lounge, Richi went up to the employee at the front, who let the pair in without a word.
Throughout the entire dinner, Scotch felt self-conscious about everything she did, surrounded kwa all of these important, fancy-looking people. Normally she wouldn't care one bit, but her nerves were already fried at this point, being alone with her crush. Richi seemed oblivious about everyone around him and calmly ordered some chakula for them. chajio, chakula cha jioni was eaten in silence, and Scotch quickly pulled Richi out of the restaurant after finishing.
Richi began to laugh as Scotch pulled him towards the theater. "Hey! We got 20 dakika before the movie. Slow down!" Too embarrassed and self-conscious to even speak, Scotch continued to drag him right into the theater, when she realized they didn't have any tickets.
Richi noticed the realization. "I got them. Let's see..." He began to tafuta through his pocket until he finally pulled out two tickets from his back pocket. Handing them to the employee at the front, he grabbed Scotch's hand and led her over to the lobby.
"Let's have a good time, shall we?"

The pair arrived nyumbani and after entering, they shut the door behind them and collapsed into seats, both exhausted and sore.
Richi looked over to Scotch, who was sitting across the room. "Sorry... I kind of ruined t he night, huh?" Scotch shook her head, too tired to even speak.
The movie had not gone well. Halfway in, an incredibly rude teen sitting above Scotch's kiti, kiti cha spilled his popcorn all over her as a sort of joke to make his girlfriend laugh. When that failed, he attempted to spill his soda when Richi noticed and proceeded to dislocate the young man's jaw. One thing led to another, and it ended when everyone had to evacuate the theater au risk burning to cinders as the whole building went up in flames.
Sighing, Scotch rose and went to go clean herself when Richi grabbed her as she passed. "Listen..." Scotch shook her head once more. " It's fine. Besides...." she blushed, but continued speaking, "...I had fun spending time with you."
Richi smiled and hugged her. "Thanks." Before she could even blush at this, he gave her a small kiss on the cheek before retiring to one of the two bathrooms.

Climbing into kitanda after her shower, Scotch could barely sleep. Though she felt that the kuoga had washed away the kiss, she thought she could still feel a faint trace.
