Luna placed Becca on the bed. Her anger boiled inside of her and she tried not to let those tears show. She had graduated juu of her class. As a warrior, Luna couldn't onyesha emotion. And she wasn't about to insult her master's friends. If she could call them that.
“Luna? What wewe alisema about watching their tongues...was that true?”
“Very much so. Are wewe alright?”
Becca shook her head.
“No. I feel weak. My moyo feels saddened. How could they do that to me?”

Becca gave a small smile. But her eyes still held the pain and hurt she was feeling. Luna stared into them, her blood beginning to boil angrily. How could anyone look at this vulnerable maua, ua and say such words to her face?

“My temper. But I am not inclined to wait and listen when my master is being ridiculed.”

Becca closed her eyes for a dakika before forcing them open.
“You should rest,” Luna advised. “I will switch the room to auto defense.”
“Alright. Are wewe going out?”
“Only for a few minutes. I'll be back when wewe wake up.”
Becca nodded and turned on her side to sleep. Luna left the room, closing the door. She punched the number in for the code and a screen of lasers appeared before becoming invisible. Luna turned away, marching to where the two teams were still sitting. She gripped her swords tightly but knew Becca would never want them harmed.
“You scum! How can wewe be her Marafiki and say that stuff to her face?!” Luna inquired.
“First off, stop fighting her battles! Second, I alisema that stuff. And third, we are her friends!”
Luna scoffed at Erin's words and replied with a voice of sarcasm.
“I'm sure. I can tell kwa the way wewe treat her!” Her voice turned back to it's normal, biting tone. “You don't treat her like an equal. wewe treat her like a child. Well I have news for you. Becca saw both her families killed. She saw the life of a slave. She saw the way evil can burn love. And she saw her own reflection to scare off her demons. Yet wewe still have the nerve to treat her like a child? Not only that, but Becca is a born warrior. She has been trained in every skill. She has been taken advantage of, been abused. She even dedicated her life to the criminal side for wewe guys. But wewe can't get past her emotions? Let me tell wewe all something.”
Luna waited till she had their full attention before continuing.
“Becca has lived a full life. And a horrible one. She doesn't need some stuck up Heroes to protect her. She needs friends, she needs love, and she needs respect. And she deserves it all.”
“What about you? wewe protect her.”

But I think it is only fair to give wewe this warning. If wewe don't relinquish your hold on her, I can swear to wewe that Becca will never return to your lives. And wewe will not be welcome here.”
