Eyes wide Becca and Robin re-started towards the Mountain. Kaldur Ran as well, with Artemis and Lucas right behind him. Harley flashed out of the water her black aura, that allows her to fly, glowed at a brightness never thought possible. Eyes flaming fire, arms at her side and hands balled into fists, she made a beeline for Mount Justice.
When they reached Mount Justice they flew in threw the hole which the missiles had created. "Super Boy! Megan! Anyone here? Fade! Alcor? Wall-Man?" Not an answer came back for Harley. Not burned kwa the moto that raged in the mountain she stumbled into people's room to see if any were there. No one.
She coughed from the smoke and went back to meet Kaldur, Becca, Robin, Artemis, and Lucas. "No one's here." shouted Harley over the roaring fire. Robin nodded but soon enough suggested, "We find them later 'kay Don't get overwhelmed. First we need to put we need to put out this fire. Harley glanced at Kaldur and nodded, "We're on it Robin." Harley turned to face the ocean, and her eyes went water clear. She raised her arms, and the water rose with the motion. And she stepped back and swung her arms in the direction of the fire. She balled her hand into fists and then opened them. The water erupted into the Cave. The moto died down quickly. Especially with Kaldur's help. "Its not going down fast enough if we want to find the others." Kaldur called to Harley. Harley stepped back, "Alright. I think i have the solution." The water settled into the ocean, and she faced the moto her eyes burst into flames, and she pointed both hands at the fire, and then her whole body went into flames. The moto drew itself to her. Wrapping itself around Harley's body. The heat was draining itself into her body , she could feel the moto now, like the stings of a bee.
In pain she finally fell to their ground from her levitation, and the moto subsided and sank into her. Kaldur ran over to her. But the dakika he tried to touch her, he recoiled. Her body was to hot to touch.
Becca teleported to Harley, and felt her forehead. "She's burning up. Kaldur we need to get some water on her." Kaldur nodded and he pulled some of the water that puddled in the cave. AS he poured the water onto her body , smoke rose. "Damn! she's smoking hot!' quipped a voice form the shadows. It was Fade, him and all his flirty bunch of blonde hair. Becca and Artemis did something they'd never think they'd do. They ran up to Fade. And hugged him , "YOUR ALIVE!" shrieked Becca. "How'd wewe survive?" asked Lucas, pulling Artemis away from Fade's overactive hands. Robin did the same for Becca, wrapping his arms around Becca's waist.
Fade waved a hand, "well i can make things disappear. So that's what i did, i all up and disappeared." Kaldur looked up from Harley's body, "Is anyone else with you?" Fade shook his head sadly, "Nope, i was alone in my room when what ever it was hit us." Just then Harley coughed and sat up rigidly. "Harley! wewe are alright! We are here for you." Kaldur whispered to her. Harley clung to Kaldur. and whispered hoarsely, "We are not alone."
Kaldur looked at her surprised. "What are wewe talking about Harley?" Harley alisema louder now. In fact, it would be considered singing, "WE are not alone!" Then another voice came from the Cave. It was not a human voice, "It was raspy, and garbled, like a person who did not know the language, "The girl is right." and then many voices at once screeched in unison, "YOU ARE NOT ALONE!"
