There are surely english dub episodes on youtube. But, are wewe looking for Cardcaptor Sakura in english au Cardcaptors, which is the english version of Cardcaptor Sakura?
I honestly don't recommend Cardcaptors. They skip over some important parts in the real ccs plot.
