I saw this thing on the Disney Princess shabiki club, where there was a foramu where ideas for new club icons, banners and backgrounds. Like if the club is looking for a new icon, and wewe have/ made an icon. wewe could post it on there, and a kura ya maoni would be made with the ideas.
