Debate Topic 14: What character(s) do wewe find have had surprisingly OP abilities and powers ?

As gin, gini was the first one to come to mind (curse you, Ryuukari!), I had to delve a little further back to think on characters that, I felt, were surprisingly overpowered in terms of their capacities compared to other characters. That brought me to Rurouni Kenshin. And that brought me to Saito.

Don't get me wrong guys, I upendo this man. He is perhaps my inayopendelewa character from the show, and he deserves all the praise he can get. But realistically, this man was a force of nature, and practically guaranteed to kill someone with his Gatotsu.

Why do I say this? Kenshin, at his very best, was struggling to defeat him, and that was in close quarters combat where this technique is less useful. If Saito had been aiming to kill from the start, it wouldn't have even been a contest. His fight against Uonuma Usui was kwa far his most difficult, and it comes from his opponent having the best tools and abilities at his disposal to counter Saito. Even so, Saito wasn't even seriously injured in the fight. Shishio just got incredibly lucky that Saito aimed for his forehead, the one place that had a thick, metal band protecting it.

It just seemed to me like this guy was unstoppable, especially at medium range. Easily one of the fastest, most astute fighters around.

The first faces that came to mind were all gods, who are clearly OP, but frankly, I don't think 'being an omnipotent god' really counts as a power au ability. So I scratched their names out.

So I considered some characters who's individual ability means nothing to their absolute and overpowered ability that allows them to defeat enemies with boundless strength and experience. The first that came to mind was Kamijou Touma from To aru Majutsu no Index. He can negate any and all Supernatural phenomena with his right hand, most often magic of varying functions. He's a normal high school boy who can destroy a complicated magic mduara, duara au destroy a massive golem kwa touching it. Experts from all over the world keep his presence in mind with whatever they do because he is a wild card who can break down any plan just kwa inaonyesha up. There are all sorts of elements surrounding Kamijou that would make things complicated, and in all honesty, he's actually the sekunde weakest character in the series who possesses a very special hand that is difficult to explain, but its affect is clear.

But I'd call that 'OP' defense, as Kamijou has to use several tricks when going on the offensive. For OP offense, I have to elect Shiki Rougi from the Kara no Kyoukai movies. zaidi specifically, her eyes.

Her eyes grant her the ability to see the lines of death. As everything possesses some natural means of existence in one piece, Shiki is able to completely shred these lines and 'kill' immortals, ghosts, trees, walls, demons, and just about anything else. She basically finds the weak spots of all physical and metaphysical objects within her sights and kills them in the fewest (usually one) strokes of her knife.
