Well I had seen like single episodes of the odd anime from time to time. But a few years ago, I was spending a night at someone's house who had cable (my house had 1 channel) and about midnight I happened upon cartoon network which was inaonyesha anime. None of them caught my attention except one. It was the pilot episode of Fooly Cooly. Watching that was like having a dream. I instantly wanted to watch more, but I unfortunately forgot the name. I didn't know Heidi was an anime...I actually hated it too..and I had watched it in the greek dub when I was like 5 as I am greek :p

I watched Howl's Moving ngome as a kid and LOVED it, but my mom would only let me watch that and Kiki's Delivery Service. My first anime serie was Fruits Basket, being about 11. I was listening to muziki on YouTube when I came across and AMV and decided to check out what all the maoni were about. Mine anime story isn't all that interesting. I started watching Pokemon when I was little and made a routine out of it. I loved Charizard and then I discovered Cubone and now he/she has my moyo <3 That little Pokemon is so sweet and cute! But when I started REALLY getting into anime I first watched Maria-sama Ga Miteru. I think that's when I realized what anime was, too. au maybe it was Death Note. I don't remember. xD I remember watching DBZ, Pokemon, Sailor Moon, and Speed Racer when I was little, though, and not knowing they were anime.
