It seems another lawsuit has been filed for a contract nullification in the K-Pop world, as a report has surfaced claiming that B.A.P has filed against their agency TS Entertainment.

According to an exclusive by Xsports News, all 6 members filed to nullify their contract. It\'s said their application for the suit was submitted on the 26th at the Seoul Court.

It has also been revealed that that the contract was designed to only be beneficial to the agency and disadvantageous to the members. In addition to the length of the contract, the boys are said to have only received 18,000,000 KRW (~ 16,000 USD) per member for the 3 years that they\'ve been active.

Despite the unfair conditions, the boys have released a total of 11 albums and promoted endlessly all over the world, even until the point that their health deteriorated.

In response to this report, T.S. Entertainment has revealed that they are looking into confirming the matter and will be releasing an official statement soon.

There are many companies that can take them. They\'re BAP ofc! Atleast they\'re finally free.

I wonder when the K-pop industry will realize that they way they do things is not sustainable. Maybe they should try to find other ways to form, train and manage groups than one in which they cannot afford to pay the groups enough. Maybe these companies should look outside Korea to see how it\'s done in other countries.

They were more well treated comparing with AOA.  They debuted slightly earlier.

I\'m not their number one fan, but BAP has really impressed me, they are really good and I hope they will stay together and do like Block B. EXO and BAP were the rookies of 2012, makes me sad to see them like this =(

wtf for the first time i support a lawsuit against company. less then 20.000 usd for 3 years .  the company is too greedy

Hopefully they can do what Block B did and find a company that treats them better. I earn more than 16,000 a year as a part time worker in fast food. 

What the hell?!? Less than $5500 per year? With the amount of sweat, tears and blood that idols have to sacrifice that\'s simple a slave contract.
