If someone buys Marvel from Disney, will Big Hero 6 still be considered Disney?

I don't know much about the purchase Disney made for Marvel, au if someone can buy Marvel, but will Big Hero 6 still be Disney? Big Hero 6 was based off a Marvel comic book, but Walt Disney Studios made the movie, not Marvel.
