I need Help!! swali about episode 293!!!

In episode 293 the Vizards and the Captions go to fight Aizen all together while Ichigo just watches. But Aizen is using his Kyōka Suigetsu and they were really all fighting Momo. I want to know why wewe think Ichigo didn't say anything to them? Ichigo never saw Aizen's Kyōka Suigetsu so he could see that it was Momo the whole time, right. Why did he wait after they had already stabbed her? And why at first when he was tryin to tell all of them that it was Momo, why was he so mtulivu, clam then started yelling?
When i was kusoma the manga i didn't think of this, just now seeing it acted out makes me think. All that just doesn't make any sence to me.

As for why the calmness, Ichigo seems to just like emotional buildup, that's all I can say on that one.
None of this made sense to me when I read them manga (had a long conversation with some Marafiki on here about it actually), and it doesn't make sense to me now.

well i think he might have done the change whit hinamori the time he was going to be stabed kwa hitsugaya.cuz aizen has a really awsome speed and he alisema it was just his basic strenght so maybe he has an incredible speed.he could have done that chagen less than a secc and ichigo couldnt have seen that in such a short period of time.
meaning it was asien al along but at that very moment he switched places whit hinamori and ichigo couldnt react that quickly.after all aizen reached ichigos moyo whit out him even knowing how it happened

That wouldn't really make sense because if Aizen did switch right before Toshiro stabbed him, then Aizen would of still had the cut and blood running down his chest from Kyoraku's shadow attack. That means that Aizen switch long before then so wewe got to wonder what the hell Ichigo was doing.

But of course the affected only heard what he wanted. Also someone mentioned that he must have made the switch before he got stabbed from his shadow. That also might not be true, he could have missed in reality, looking odd from ichigo's point of view. Maybe Then the switch was made, making it inayofuata to impossible for Ichigo to break them up.
