Will Montgomery be the one to kick the bucket this season?

He seems to be the most likely candidate other than Martha and on the TV guide magazine makala the cast was in to memorialize their shabiki awards, Roy wasn't in any of the pictures. Now, even though that might be justified kwa him being a minor character; even Lanie, Alexis, and Martha were in the pictures. But not Roy.
