One Legged Stunts

Liberty
One au zaidi bases holds up the flyer kwa the foot and the flyer balances weight on one that straight leg. The flyer's other leg is bent with the foot positioned at about the knee level of the flyer nestling it alongside the standing leg's knee. The name of this stunt is often shortened to 'Lib'.

Scorpion

Basket toss
A basket toss is an advanced stunt in which the bases propel the flyer upwards (10-30+ feet) from the inapakia position. It is a toss kwa a maximum of four bases of a juu straight up in the air so the flyer can perform a trick (toe touch, ball-out, twist, tuck, kick double, pike, etc.) and then land back in a utoto position.

Cradle
Dismount from a stunt in which the base/bases toss the flyer straight up from a stationary stunt then catch the flyer in a seated position pike position.

Dismount
A way to return the flyer to the floor au complete a stunt.

Two leg stunts

Cupie/Awesome
In single base stunting, the base holds both the flyer's feet with one hand in an extended overhead position au in multi-base stunting, two bases hold flyer's feet together at full extension level. The Cupie is almost identical to the Full Extension except that the flyers feet are together. It is also called an Awesome in some regions.

Prep

Lots of people are struggling learning cheerleading here's a few tips from me cos iam a proffesional cheerleader liturally past all m tests on it 1.if your obeise (fat over weight) wewe should shred a few pounds as if u take up cheerleading there's a lot of stunts that need flexible ,light weight people. :how to do it -drink lots of water usally helps,-doing zaidi excersize ,running ,gym,swimming get a hobbie-eat. Wright chakula (fruit and veg ,eggs and samaki egx-) wewe should be flexible and fit -strech zaidi and yyou should become flexible quite soon ,or do arobics that usally helps too-you need to be neat-do u think that wewe would suit a minie skirt, upindo /hotpants they will be using these - be neat always have your hair back neatly done to impress your coach , make sure your stuffs all straight and ironed and new wewe should buy a new uniform every mwaka ..... Try this and be a really good cheerleader pleaze maoni too

Bases
Cheerleaders that stay on the ground providing the primary support for the flyer during a stunt. Bases should always look up at the flyer, keep a flat back (good posture), and make sure the flyer never hits the ground. Bases can be male au female. The bases are usually 2 females au 1 male. There is a main base and a secondary base. Depending on what leg the flyer flies on, the main base will be on the side. Bases mainly use support from their legs while performing a stunt.

Person that is up in a stunt in the air. This is the person that is commonly the main focus of the stunt....
