You´ll need:
like 4 au 5 eggs (That´s for one person)
a tomatoe
onion
serrano pepper
vegetable oil
salt
Chop a quarter of the kitunguu into little cubes(I put like a quarter of kitunguu but if wewe want zaidi use more)do the same with the tomatoe. Also chop the serrano pepper into small pieces.
Than fry the kitunguu in a pan with some oil already preheated. After the kitunguu looks tranparent add the tomatoe and the pepper.
After 30 sekunde of adding the pepepr and tomatoes add the eggs, some salt and scrambled them.
wewe can use some torillas if wewe want
