Help! What happens at the end of series 4?

Ok, so I've been lending Desperate housewives on dvd from a friend, and I've been watching series 4, but there's an auful scratch on the last disc, so I can't watch the last episode! I don't know what happens, and now my friend has gone on holiday!

Can anyone tell me what happens inthe last episode of series 4?
