I think having Marafiki in life gives it a great lift, makes it living worthwhile as much as upendo does. Without friendship, life would have been such a drag. They are the best form of relationship adding so much in our lives - fun, comfort, support and even the uchungu, chungu truth for our better future. I upendo the kind of confidence Marafiki brings in me and make me strong to do and be what and who I want to be.

So, as much as Disney princess sinema are about upendo stories and happily ever afters, I upendo the strong underflow of friendship that is always there in each of the movies. I upendo seeing the...

Keeping along with my Halloween/Autumn-themed articles, I wanted to make a "DP inayopendelewa Scary Movie" post! I upendo to binge watch scary sinema in the mwezi of October; I suppose it's my way of celebrating the Halloween holiday since I don't do trick-or-treating au anything like that. I have heard plenty of complaints about children being on this site so for that reason I will only be providing films with a rating of "PG" au "PG-13" so that it is all content-friendly. (I even provided the rankings for each film along with the mwaka since there was no "PG-13" rating pre 1984 [coincidentally!].)...

So yesterday I wrote about my inayopendelewa songs, today I'll write about the 10 best scenes, originally I was planning on only doing a juu 5, but I felt that it was too little so I decided to do a juu 10 list, like with the songs I upendo all the scenes in the movie so placing them wasn't so easy, but I hope you'll like this makala anyway

10. The Funeral Scene

This scene is so sad yet so beautifully animated and I couldn't resist putting this one on here since I Lost my grandmother just a few days ago, but even before that this has been one of the most beautiful scenes in the movie aswell as...

Hi everyone! I recently learned about the Bechdel Test from a friend and have been wanting to write this makala ever since. This test is, at its core, an analysis of how women are portrayed in maarufu culture. It reveals how much women tend to revolve around men in films, books, etc. To pass the test, a film (or any other work of fiction) must meet three requirements: the film must (1) have at least two named female characters (2) who talk to each other (3) about something other than a man. It seems so simple, right? Unfortunately a surprising number of films fail in at least one of these...

Please note that this is a countdown where we users make a lot of assumptions and don't provide proof of anything. This is for the amusement so please don't kill the fun :)

11. Prince
The Prince from Snow White comes in last place, can't say I'm stunned. At that time, Disney animators haven't mastered drawing male characters yet so I'm guessing what's underneath isn't HD quality either. He's also quite feminine looking, petite frame with soft edges. No worries though, Snow White loves his man for his huuuuuuuge moyo :)

10. Charming
Nope, still not quite there with drawing men. Charming...

We all know the step-sister from cinderella that ends up reforming in the sequels. However, many people seem to have criticisms about her because they feel that she shouldn't have been forgiven kwa Cinderella, there was nothing to onyesha that she deserved to be redeemed, and that it's ridiculous that she got to be redeemed but Drizella didn't. First of all, I think I need to explain where this idea of Anastasia reforming came from. In the original Charles Perrault version of Cinderella, Cinderella's real name was actually Ella. When she became a servant she would sleep kwa the fireplace to keep...

As an adult, I viewed the name Gaston of Beauty and the Beast's villian, Gaston, as Gaston's last name. I only assume its his last name because 1)the triplet girls call him "Monsieur Gaston" which is basically saying "Mr. Gaston" in the opening song called "Belle" in the reprise that Belle sings kwa herself the line "Madame Gaston, his little wife?" Most of the time saying "Madame (name" would be like saying Mrs. Gaston. And there's the fact Gaston is a first name but it could also be a last name as well. The name of Phantom of the Opera's author.

This is basically Elsa's character in a nutshell.I can relate to those words easily.
This is basically Elsa's character in a nutshell.I can relate to those words easily.
Elsa is without a doubt my inayopendelewa Disney character ever because she's the one I related the most out of all the Disney characters out there.Let's get into zaidi detail why I upendo her so much, shall we ;):

Originally,I didn't upendo Elsa that much,I thought she was okay and felt neutral about her. That is until I re-watched the movie 2 months zamani and from that siku on,I realized just how much I have in common with her.
It was like I was seeing myself in her,for me that meant so much, and I'm thankful for that.
wewe see,my mom told me to hold back my emotions at school because I have big anger issues...

hujambo guys! I've been meaning to write an makala about my inayopendelewa Princess wardrobes for a while, but there were two major problems. The first problem was that I didn't know where to place them, and the sekunde problem was pure freaking laziness. But, I finally decided to stop being lazy, get my crap together, and write the list. Sequels will not be included, which sadly means I won't be including my inayopendelewa Rapunzel outfit, her wedding dress. And, oh yeah, Anna and Elsa will be included. Sue me. So, let's get started! *Note* Please excuse awful collages.

13. Ariel
I upendo Ariel, but honestly,...
