I think Vanessa turning back into Ursula is spectacular. The laugh, the animation! The way she just explodes out of the tiny wedding dress, destrying it completely! Her tentacles just bursts out of the dress! And her getting hit by lightning! If you take the scene in slow-motion, you can even see Vanessa's skeleton a few times!

This one on the other hand is nothing...
