Out of all the villains, Who has the best personality in your opinion?

I think that different villains have different things about their personalities that make them unique. My two vipendwa though would be Maleficent and Cruella. I like how Maleficent can be so calm sometimes and actually shows a upendo for somone else besides herself,which is Diablo.
I like how Cruella is not afraid to burst into a room and how she doesnt consider herself outrageous,she just thinks that people should thank her and be inspired kwa her.

I loves Scar's personality. He can change his very quickly. From kind and inosent, to sly and evill.

I have four favourite Villains.
1. Captain James Hook, Because He is Hilarious, Comedic, Charismatic and Suave.
2. Maleficent, Because She is Cool, Friendly, Calm and Polite to her pet raven called Diablo.
3. Jafar, Because He is Suave, Charismatic, Smart, Clever and Sophisticated.
4. Ursula, Because She is Poilte, Clever, She is a good Swimmer and She is Friendly to her pet Eels called Flotsam and Jetsam.
