I don't know who the spot creator is, but only the spot creator and the fanpop admins can change the ikoni and banner

But for changing icons/banners...you could make a pick asking the mashabiki what they would like as their new icon/banner (give them a chance to make some first if they want...you could use a foramu au something for people to submit their icons/banners) then send a message to Dave with a link to the new icon/banner and he'll change it for you.

But wait a little while for the creator to answer this...if they don't, then make the picks etc.
