This club is dying! What can we do?

I used to come on here alot in my old account (dxcrocks) but then I made this account but then when things got really hot in the fandom I decided to take a break from TD/fanpop/fanfiction all together. But...

This club used to be a whole lot zaidi active! I think that the premiere of TDAS will probably bring zaidi people back but still...don't give up hope DXC fans! Let Duncney live on forever and ever! Seriously, even on fanfiction.net, barely anyone is making DXC stories anymore.... :(

I know it's terrible, but I don't know what we can do anymore. I guess we have to be patient and hope for the best. I still come here everyday though, because this club has brought me so many wonderful memories here. It was a place for me to be myself and express my feelings and knowing that someone would see that. It felt like a place to call nyumbani with all of the wonderful people I met here, people that I would call friends.

It's upsetting to see that these people are vanishing out of thin air, but I'll always remember them. But I have come see that all of us are easily attracted to "excitement" , the thrill of not knowing what would happen next. Once that "thrill" is gone, the events become predictable to us, au even it's too exciting to the point where we get burned, it's not fun anymore. But we do need something that will bring us all back, but I still don't know how. :'(

I guess we also started losing people when there was that two mwaka gap between TDWT and TROTI. Some people probably forgot about.

Well it was a really long gap, especially when we thought there was going to be a TDWT special like for the other seasons.

Yup I guess they kind of threw specials away after season 2.

Honestly, I still dream about the way things were when there were new episodes of TDI coming on... I loved watching it and becoming big mashabiki of majority of the characters. It wasn't until TDDDI and my discovery of FanFiction.com when I became completely obsessed with the DxC relationship. I really thought their moments on TDI were very cute, but until the last episode is when I became obsessed. I remembered the time when I first discovered this very club and got a whole lot of information that I didn't even know from all of these dedicated DxC fans. It really makes me sad that when I really wished for TDI to have a squeal, I should've been careful for what I wished for... Honestly, the club will never be the same again, but there are still A LOT of DxC mashabiki out there that are still dedicated to this club. Like me! (1,853 mashabiki in counting!) (I heard it's twice as much as the DxG shabiki club) I will never forget the good times spent not only watching them au talking about them, but meeting new Marafiki that share your obsession everyday in the past... It's so sad...

And Duncan and Courtney were like my first obsession! They're my fan-girl roots! If it weren't for them I wouldn't even be on fanfiction au fanpop :/
