elsword keeps crashing

just yesterday i got a new computer so i installed elsword almost straight away it finished last night since i paused to go to sleep it finished this morning anyway every time i play it i play for about 10-20 dakika before crashing it didn't happen on my old laptop which i cant use since the charger is broken and my mum is keeping it for her self but anyway it keeps crashing and the last time it did it came up with client killed kwa game guard au something like that
