Big boobs as a Mary-Sue trait?

I've heard, from the Internet, that intentionally making a character with really big boobs is a Mary-Sue trait. I've also read that giving your character physical features that wewe don't have but want is also a Mary-Sue trait.

A lot of my characters have really big boobs because I am pretty much flat-chested. Should I not do this? Does it make it too much of a physical Mary-Sue trait? And would it make it a Mary-Sue trait if I gave a charcter large breasts simply because she hated them and always thought they were in the way?
