ndoto Majibu

I just wrote one and it's being published now and that's a swali that I asked as well. he best answer is as many as it takes. It's your story and wewe shouldn't even worry about that. I get what you're saying though. here's the publisher's veiw. No zaidi than 100,000 words and 75 to 85,000 is a good average. The reason is that wewe are not a well known mwandishi yet. The bigger the book the zaidi space it will take from better known authors on the shelves. Anything from 250 pages to 300 would be good. But I still believe that wewe shouldn't worry about it. If it's too long the publisher can always break it into two au even three books. Write away my friend!

It shouldn't matter how many pages so long as it feels right to you.

280. But wewe should just wright the storly cause wewe don't know how many pages it would be. Because that depends on the size of the book and what its about.

Well if you're uandishi a book wewe have to think about your audience as well. Although some people would say not to yourself to the number of pages. I would say don't bore your audience with so many pages. I think that a good published and interesting book should have no zaidi than 300 pages.

Don't yourself with a certain number of pages. Otherwise, wewe could set a an get to that and discover that you're only halfway through your story. Stories tend to take on a life of their own. Don't cage them up with silly things like number of pages. They don't often (In my case, anyway) work to deadlines au other rules like that...Unfortunatly... :p

don't put a on it. wewe might want to write over your limit. wewe should just go with it and be fine with the amount of pages it is.

WHATEVEr wewe do do NOT yourself to a set of pages while also keeping in mind that, depending on the audience wewe are uandishi for, wewe need to make it specific for that particular group. Just let it flow....write everything out...if wewe think that there are too many pages...shorten some stuff...too short? Lengthen scenes wewe feel really give the reader the turning point of the story au something is probably the most important
