HOW DO wewe MAKE A CHARACTER?!!!!!??

First, wewe decide whether wewe want to base the character off yourself au not. If so, go over all your characteristics, and how to best portray them in your character. wewe can add things which don't represent you, but don't go over the top, au people won't know it's based off you. wewe decide which outfit wewe wear most regularly, and decide if that would fit your character. If wewe don't want to base it off yourself, then try something wewe like doing, like if wewe like baking your character could be a baker. Just some suggestions, but I hope it helps! :P
