Now I know this may seem like an easy or simple answer but its not. I am giving everyone two weeks to decide their answer because this isn’t something that should be thought without careful thinking. Like most of my polls there are rules for what I accept as a decent comment worth counting towards the winner of each round. Video must be provided and not just one but two of them. The first video is the member you chose during her debut days and the second video is a recent(as of 2012) video to show off improvement. I just want two, anymore and I won’t count your answer. Second leave a reason why you chose that member and not the other ones, you must make a list of all the members and why you didn’t chose them. Lastly like always the best comment is counted not, so that means if you have the most persuasive argument then your comment will win and the member you chose will be counted.

i think this is quite obvious. honestly, i don't even see Hyoyeon as an underrated member anymore. she's getting lots of attention lately and it looks like she has more fans now, instead of Sooyoung. SM is helping her a lot.

^you are missing #2 requirement with listing why you didn't chose the other members, the "recent" links must be from 2012 not 2011 and the dancing "before" video doesn't work or rather its not showing a video.

it's either Sooyoung and Sunny. But i picked Sooyoung I'm not biased and let me explain Sooyoung is 6th best singer and Sunny is 6th best dancer & Sooyoung is 4th best dancer and Sunny is 5th best singer so Sooyoung is more underrated, Now Hyoyeon getting lots of attention since because of she is prettier now(maybe just because she is blonde now idk but a lots of sones said that she is prettier now and love her) and because of her PYL Younique Unit..
