i think tiffany she is a excellent singer , actress , tv host and speaks eng fluent can speak some spanish and more language and hyoyeon only excellent in dancing she is not actress tv host fluent in eng,japanese,chinease so tiffany has more talent

imo it's Tiffany I know Hyoyeon is the best dancer and Tiffany isn't the best in acting,singing or dancing but Tiffany is still more talented than her

Tiffany - She is a great singer,okay actress,wrote lyrics,MC-ing,can play instrument,rapper and can speak many languages. Strong point on her language skill.

agree with comment above. even Tiffany is not the best in singing and dancing, but overall, her talent is still better than Hyoyeon.

Tiffany is a good singer but she isn't really a good dancer and she is a weak performer live. Hyoyeon can't sing or act, but at least she's really good at dancing.
