Alright so tonight's the night I've been anticipating for about 3 months now and I was kind of disappointed...
The season didn't start with a bang like season 1 au season 3. Until the end I forgot I was even watching Glee.
Great things about tonight's episode:
Blaine imba "It's Time": He actually did this song justice and for once I was actually happy that Blaine got a solo because I was so tired of the new people BS.
Kate Hudson's mashup: This was probably my inayopendelewa song of the whole episode. It was fun, upbeat, and it was a very unique mashup. I approve of Kate Hudson and I can't wait to see zaidi of her... Even though she was horrible to my girl Rachel.
Rachel imba "New York State of Mind": I've been waiting 3 months to hear Lea Michele's voice and I can tell wewe it was worth the wait. This song would've been my inayopendelewa of the night, and it will be... Only if they release a Lea Michele ONLY version.
Kurt saying goodbye to his father: This was kwa far the most heartbreaking scene of the episode. I couldn't stand seeing Kurt say goodbye to his father... I thought we were done with the goodbyes! But I thought that this scene was long overdue and in glad that it happened.
Rachel and Kurt's final scene: This scene was flawless in every way, shape, and form. They are my 2 inayopendelewa characters and to see them so connected and so happy to see each other, it makes my moyo melt!
Not so great things about the episode:
All of thee new characters...
Kitty: She is a season 1 Quinn 2.0 but worse. And normally I tend to like the "bitch" character but Kitty is just so unappealing to me. She reminds me of the "Plastics" from Mean Girls 2... For those of wewe that have seen Mean Girls 2, wewe know that that's not a compliment...
Jake: When Jake was first introduced I actually really like him... But then I realized that he was a season 1 Puck 2.0... Even though he is Puck's brother (sorry, HALF brother), and he is a little zaidi thick headed than Puck, he is going to turn out exactly like Puck... Which could either be a good thing au a bad thing.
Marley: OMG... Can wewe say Rachel 2.0? No she doesn't have that "Rachel Berry" attitude, but RM is trying to make her the new FEMALE lead. Which I think is totally stupid, but I'll get to that next. And since she's coming across as a Rachel 2.0, I'm going to be comparing her to Rachel all the time... And, nobody can beat Miss Rachel Barbra Berry.
Wade joining ND: ... I can't even express how annoyed I am that he is in ND... Honestly? I'd rather have Rory back au have Aylin (from The Glee Project) jiunge ND instead of him. I don't think it's right that he gets to jiunge ND so easily and not have to audition. And then what pissed me off was when he thought that he could be the new Rachel... WTF? Honestly if he didn't do that, then I might like him a little bit more. But I'm also annoyed that Lindsay (Harmony; aka the Gerber baby) is not in Glee anymore. I'd much rather have her jiunge ND.
Blaine becoming the new Rachel: This got me zaidi upset than mad... Glee has always had a problem with continuity but I didn't think that it would get this bad... Tina deserves to be the lead vocalist and she is the only female to even come close to having the same amount of talent as Rachel. I want Rachel to visit Lima and ngumi, punch Mr. Schue for not making Tina the lead. It's really not fair. Oh and if RM didn't choose her as the new Rachel, the she should've at least come in 2nd. Because Brittany coming in 2nd is total bull.
Marley imba New York State of Mind: since July, I've been anticipating a Barbara Streisand song being covered kwa the one the only Miss Rachel Berry... NOT Miss Rachel Berry and Marley. Marley does not deserve to have a duet with her just yet. She took away Rachel's spotlight and I don't like Marley at all so far.
Marley imba lead in "Chasing Pavements": again, I think it's total ng'ombe that marley gets to sing lead vocals after being in ND for just one day... After tonight's episode I'm not sure if I hate her au Mercedes more... Which is Horrible for me to say.
Alrightys so those are my opinions... Sorry if I offend anyone. And I'm sorry if my opinion's not the same as yours :)
