Hey, I really want to know this: why does Minnie speak so weird?

Seriously now, Minnie is a weird kid. wewe know very well that I hate her but I don't know....why? Is she just uigizaji to impress Jr.? ( I MEAN, SHE HAVE WANTED TO IMPRESS HIM SINCE SHE LIKED HIM.)And, if wewe havent seen, she changed after everything that happened. Minnie isn't so happy and she's really annoing like an old man.
