If wewe were a mermaid, and wewe touched/hit water in public with no place to hide what would wewe do?

Well..it depends on what your asking if your asking if peapole saw me with my tail then I would do this: I would say that I have a mermaid costume because I was applying to a mermaid job au something and wewe have to onyesha the wewe can swim with the costume on so I was just practicing for the job!! And if your asking if nobody saw me then I would just swim away

I would stay in the water for a really long time then I would swim to mako island au something

I would fall to the ground and make up an excuse about me getting a job at the water park as a mermaid and they alisema to get the job everytime I touch water they want me get in the mermaid costume

I would hide from it then get in the water

It really depends on your situation. wewe might be alright when in a dark room like the cinema but a restaurant au out in a town will be difficult. If there is no large body of water around and there really is no place to hide then chances are, you're probably going to transform in front of someone and they will know right away the tail is real.
Before I go out, I would bring a towel au something in a bag so I can take it out and cover my tail before I transform and then use it to dry my tail asap.
If nobody saw wewe transform, then wewe can probably get away with lying but the tail will seem real to them. As soon as I become a mermaid I will find a place to hide and dry off immediately before I draw too much attention to myself
