We do know these following because they were named in the series, but wewe can be sure there are many more: Bellatrix, Rudolphus, Yaxley, Alecto, Amycus, Lucius, Narcissa, Draco, Fenrir, Crabbe, Goyle, Barty Crouch Jr. Quirrell, Antonin Dolohov, Wormtail, Yaxley, Avery, Regulus Black, Igor Karkaroff, Gibbon, Jugson, Rabastion Lestrange, Macnair, Nott, Mulciber, Agustus Rookwood, Even Rosier, Thorfinn Rowle, Sewlyn, Travers, Wilky, and Severus Snape, of course.
Again, these are not all the Death Eaters, just the ones mentioned throughout the series (found on Wikipedia). JK has never aliyopewa us a orodha of all Death Eaters.
