One parent is a Half-blood, other is a Muggle. So, does that make their kid a Muggle-born?

Kid's mother(or father) is a Half-blood, and the other parent is just a Muggle. What's the kid? Just wondering

I think that child would be counted as half-blood. One grandparent would be magical. Muggle-borns have all four grandparents Muggles, purebloods have all four magical, half-bloods are in the middle.
