With everyone losing their lemon drizzles over the fact that Mel & Sue have stepped down as hosts of The Great British Bake Off, we\'ve been racking our brains trying to think of a potential replacement for them.

It\'s been a real struggle, but we think we\'ve finally found a solution that we could accept: Harry Edward Styles. For any doubters out there we\'ve put forward eight reasons why this would actually be great.

Having worked in a bakery when he was a teenager, Harry is equipped with enough knowledge to chat about the bakes and offer basic advice (or a pointed look) to the contestants when they\'re in need.

2. He\'s passionate about Dory shaped biscuits.

He has such an undying love for biscuits that he actually rifled through an extra\'s bag to get his hands on the Finding Dory themed snacks. Glossing over the fact it\'s bad form to steal someone\'s snacks, we\'ve gotta give him points for passion.

Your mum would love him, your gran would love him, your milkman would love him, your grumpy-ass brother would (secretly) love him. 

When they\'re panicking about the fact the icing has congealed in clumps on their bake, Harry would speak so slowly and so calmly that it\'d be like having a mini-meditation session as their bake-off dreams collapse around them.

5. He\'d definitely come up with some great baking puns.

We\'re not gonna beat around the bush, 99% of our reasoning behind this argument is that we want to see his face on our TV every Wednesday.
