High School Musical Swali

Help me propose. Where was this HSM3 scene filmed?

My girlfriend loves high school musical 3. I would like to propose at this location but can't seem to figure out where it is. I called Stanford chuo kikuu, chuo kikuu cha and they confirmed that it was not shot at their school (even though other scenes were) East High in Salt Lake definitely doesn't have a garden that nice either.

Help me make her happy :-)
