So this 12 mwaka old girl, Tatiana, decides to invite her inayopendelewa horror movie star, Jason, to her house for tea. Jason is so baffled kwa the invitation, he decides to go, just to meet the girl who sent it. He gets ready, goes to the address, and sees a little girl and her tiny friend waiting at the door. Now the two kids have the biggest grins on their faces, because they just can't believe that he actually came. He doesn't even make it to the doorbell before he's yanked through the door frame, greeted kwa screams and hugs and blinded kwa camera flashes!!! he decides to stay, and the only thought in his mind the whole time is,"Holy crap! these girls are lunatics!"

I upendo sinema like Nightmare on Elm mitaani, mtaa n' Texas Chainsaw Massacre, but there's one that is even better than the most blood-filled movies!

That movie is none other than...The Shining! True, it doesn't have a killer who gets in your head au a killer clown, but what it has is an extremely amazing plot line, not that the others don't!

It's a thriller, mainly, but it digs deep into the human mind, which is scary enough! It tells the story of how isolation can make a man...or a whole family...go crazy! It's a classic, but many people don't consider it a horror classic. How can wewe say that two dead girls aren't scary? They are!

It's amazing! Jack Nicholson really does a great job at inaonyesha how crazy Jack Torrance really gets! It's a great movie and we should all upendo it!

Besides, there's an ax! Who doesn't upendo those?
 Saw VI. <3

First of all: Thanks so much guys! Yayy! I can't believe I'm shabiki of the month. And thanks to Kelsje for the awesome questions!

1. Why do wewe like Horror movies?
Because I upendo to get scared. I always have. And I upendo blood.

2. What type of Horror sinema do wewe like the most? (slashers, monsters etc.)
Well, I upendo Slashers. They're zaidi fun than the others, because the killer usually isn't revealed until the end. I also like mtu-bweha and witches. There are some great sinema about them out there.

3. What was the most terrifying movie wewe have ever seen?
The Grudge, I guess. It was the first movie...

Please keep in mind that this is merely my opinion, and this will be almost strictly horror. wewe could say "What's Halloween without Hocus Pocus and Halloweentown?" and that's fine but also cliched and not horror. This is not a orodha of my inayopendelewa horror sinema kwa any means either, just a orodha of great ones I think are fun to watch at Halloween time and give me that sense of Horrorween (my new inayopendelewa word btw). I have also included some horror televisheni in here as well just for the short attention span people (aka me).

In no particular order...

This monday I was left all alone in my apartment when my family went to London, and Spain to have fun. So I decided to start a Japanese horror movie week!

Monday: Ringu a.k.a The ring.
This was a very good story with good execution, the scares were mild and it had few to no jumpscares. I like it betetr that way though, it really got under your skin in a different way!

Score: 8/10

Tuseday: Ju-on: The grudge.
Less story, zaidi scares! This is the type of movie that makes wewe scared of your enviroment! I don't want to turn around, open closets, au go to kitanda right now!
I would have liked a bit more...

There's good news and there's bad news for horror mashabiki today, folks. The bad news is that Rob Zombie has signed to write and direct H2, the sequel to his godawful remake of Halloween.

The good news is... erm. Erm. We'll get back to wewe on that one.

Zombie has long alisema that he would never make a sequel to his 2007 film, which spent zaidi time on the origin of stalker and slasher extraordinaire Michael Myers than it did on the actual stalking and slashing, despite the fact that it grossed a nice, sequel-friendly $78 million worldwide.

There are two types of people in the world - those who don't upendo horror, and me. I don't need to clarify for anyone here that I'm a horror fanatic as if wewe visited this club au my profaili ever, you'd know how much I upendo the genre. It is my inayopendelewa genre, no contest and it has been since I was 8 years old. Maybe even before that, but that's the age I remember becoming obsessed. So in all those years, I have seen a LOT of horror sinema and I have also had many years to collect them.

I realized I have not done one of these makala in 8 years, and some of my vipendwa have changed. In that...

Carnival of Souls is a low budget horror movie released initially in 1962 and directed kwa Herk Harvey. (Who also stars)
Mary Henry (Candace Hilligoss) is the sole survivor of a fatal car accident following a drag race.
After the crash, Mary leaves town and takes a job as a church organist, but her new start is plagued kwa visions of a ghoulish man (Herk Harvey). As her creepy visions intensify, Mary finds herself drawn to an oddly alluring, deserted carnival. The surreal setting and imagery that ensues within the carnival is nightmarish and memorable, reminiscent of many great horror movies.
Overall, Carnival of Souls is a stylish, eerie, effective and chilling horror film that has earned a devoted cult following.

I am not a huge shabiki of horror films, however I would tafuta on YouTube to see trailers of the latest horror films au if I can able to watch a whole film.

I do like the works of Tim Burton, and Alfred Hitchcock as I can cope to watch one of their works without feeling uneasy at night, despite its only a film which sometimes would be based on true facts au true stories.

There are so many horror films that I have not heard of, but there are a few that I have heard au seen on the TV/ social media as trailers.

I rather have someone with me to watch a full horror film but like I alisema before, I will not able to be comfortable at night when sleeping in bed.

I have a confession to make: I upendo horror; movies, books, televisheni shows, it doesn’t matter. I can’t make it through the week without my fix of horror escapism. As a very introspective person, I have often wondered why this is the case; why am I drawn to this specific genre? After a productive pondering session, I think I have come up with four compelling reasons horror is such a well-loved genre (at least to me).

1.    It’s edgy.
Do wewe remember being an emo teenager? Wearing skull and crossbone jewelry with punk rock band T-shirts and uandishi angsty lyrics in a...
