House woke up the inayofuata morning to a very girly snore inayofuata him and a rock of the boat. House had used his naviagtion and chart kusoma skills to bring the yacht into a small, isolated inlet. The inlet was surrounded kwa large cliff faces, but at the moyo of it was a small beach. He looked over his shoulder when he heard yet another snore and his gaze traveled the length of her body. House was going to have a hard time getting out of kitanda seeing as her limbs were literally Tangled in him; but somehow he managed to slip away, grabbing his cane and his bottle of Vicodin. He made his way out on deck; the breeze was gentle and it whipped his face. His gaze travelled to the little beach, pwani in the inlet...'hmm' he thought.
He returned below decks and turned the gas cooker on and poured water into the jug for coffee. House wanted to return Cuddy's favour (making him dinner) kwa making them breakfast. He decided against bacon and eggs [she's Jewish so doesn't eat pig] and instead did scrambled eggs on toast.
Cuddy rolled over onto her stomach and burried her face into the pillows, the smell of chakula and coffee had woken her. Lazily she raised herself out of bed, wiped the sleep from her eyes and made her way into the living space.
When she saw what House had done, she smiled to herself but that smile soon dissapeared when she noticed House gaping at her. Quickly, she covered herself up; only wearing shorts and a tank juu that had risen over her hips in her sleep. She ran her hand through her kitanda head.
House thought she actually looked rather cute but did not admit to this.
"What?" she asked
"Nothing," he said, shaking his head and continued to lay the meza, jedwali for breakfast, "I made wewe coffee and breakfast, it'll be ready in about five minutes."
"Why are wewe doing this?"
"Because last night wewe alisema 'we might as well make the most of it' so I am,"
"Okay, well I'll go have a shower," House's face lit up at these words, "And wewe aren't coming,"
"Well, wewe will change your decision after you've seen what I've planned for the day," he alisema with a smirk oh his face.
"What ever, House, whatever," she alisema dismissing him in a dull tone.

I was kusoma up on opiate withdrawal and apparently wewe can go through withdrawal not just to stop taking the drug, Vicodin in House’s case, but to reduce the amount you’re taking.
So in House’s case, like Wilson said; his Vicodin levels where way to high and so the only option was to let his body recover and reduce it’s need for that amount it got everyday.
Therefore, the inayofuata morning when he was seemingly better; it was because of the extreme cold-turkeyness that House used to reduce his levels of Vicodin in order for his hallucination of Amber to go away. So I don’t think it was a hallucination, because he hasn’t quit Vicodin, he has only reduced the amount he takes within the space of a horrible 24 saa detox. His body no longer craves the Vicodin every saa au so like before.
Short and simple :)
